A Day Without Social Media
So, for a change I decided to spend a complete day, that's 24 hours without social media. I would call it a stunt in the modern scenario. And I pulled it off successfully.
Anyways, the reason for such a stunt was to observe what would happen if social media just vanishes from our life. So here are my positive ovservation from the stunt.
1. I gained a lot of free time.
Yes that's true. I used to believe that I am quite a busy personality with a lot of work load and all. And it actually was the case. I was searching for some personal time. This caused stress and further depression. But the last day, I had plenty of time. Its not because my work load was less. It was because I didn't waste any time on social media.
2. Health improvement
One would say that's impossible. But it actually happened. Social media actually destroyed a proper daily routine causing headachez, dizziness etc. With no such distraction I got plenty of time to take a good sleep. I was free from all sort of worries.
3. Found my trueself
Yes. I realized what actually I am capable of. I realized my potential and developed a strong determination to do something fruitful.
But there were some negatives also.
1. I didn't know what to do with my free time.
2. I realized that plenty of work is nowadays done on social media.
And the harsh truth.
I realized that if you are not on social media, people will hardly care to contact you. In finding your trueself, you might lose yourself in the society.
