11 Habits which could bring Happiness and Peace!

1. Morning Routine:-

You are either stuck in a 9-6 job. Or you are in your college or in your school, or just waiting for some opportunity to pop up on your door. No matter whatever is the case, wake up early!
How early? Early enough that you could take a 15-20 minutes walk with your earphones on, have your breakfast and take a good bath.

2. Set only one alarm in the morning.

Many of us are in the habit of setting up multiple alarms in the morning. Just avoid it. If you know that you won't leave your bed in the initial alarms, why to waste your sleep? Set only one alarm at which you will leave your bed.

3. Cleansing your butthole.

It may seems funny but yes washing your butthole in the morning, if possible with warm water is extremely peaceful and relieving.

4. Fruits should be a compulsory breakfast.

If you don't like fruits, you need to rethink your life. Fruits provide proper nutrition and enhance your blood circulation. This increases your metabolism and prevents you from headaches, hypertension etc.

5. Talk more and be work effective.

Being consumed in yourself for the entire day could be really depressing. Speak up to your colleagues, friends or even seniors. Share your thoughts with them. This will help you relieve all your worries and undesirable thoughts, making you more work effective.

6. Utilize your lunch break.

Many of us are so involved in our work that we want to quickly finish our lunch and get back to work. That's so not good. Use your lunch break to the fullest. Enjoy your meals. If time permits, take a walk. It will re engergize you, making you as fresh and energetic as you were in the morning.

7. Talk with parents.

The most peaceful thing is to discuss your day with your parents. Have a good talk and don't try to rush through. This will make your parents happy and seeing them happy, you will find what I call elation.

8. Music is necessary.

Yes it is necessary to listen to music everyday. If you can sing along.. That's just even better.

9. A TED Talk a Day.

Try to watch a TED Talk every day. Even if the topic doesn't concern you at all, have a look. Every TED talk offers a learning.

10. Sleeping Time.

Sleep at a time so that you could get a proper 7-8 hours sleep and wake up the next day to follow point no. 2

11. Social media limitation.

Note down how much time you are wasting on Social Media. And try to reduce it with every following day.

THE LAST SLICE OF PIZZA

It’s Sunday!! My Pizza Day!
I don’t know why, but from the last couple of months I have been a big foodie. I have tried a lot of junk food. Burgers and fries are common. Waffles, Spring Potato, Sizzlers and not to forget Miss Chanandler Bong (a cocktail that I had in a FRIENDS café in Raipur) were some of the memorable ones. But my love for Pizza is still the same. I am not a rich guy who can spend like 500-600 bucks on Pizza. I am happy with my small Pizza mania, sometimes with extra cheese and Fresh Pan. And yeah I prefer Dominos, because it suits my budget. I am writing this article while having an aloo paratha.

Anyways, as a routine, I was having my Paneer Special Pizzamania (Fresh Pan) and Veg Ginger. I was full, thanks to KFC’s Virgin Mojito, but the last slice was still left. Well, I couldn’t leave it like that. And so I sat for a while, admiring that last slice. The cricket match was on, but I was busy staring at the last slice. A lot of thoughts were just swirling and swirling in my mind.

The slice was looking so beautiful. I wanted to eat it as soon as possible. It would be so delicious, with all the cheese just bursting in my mouth. The oregano and the pepper, the fried paneer (sorry you non veggies, but this paneer is special), they were just making me drool. But on the other hand, if I ate it, I would regret that such a beautiful creation is no more. (The line sounded cheesy, right?)

I was thinking and thinking and thinking when this weird thought came into my mind.

As Jim Carrey said ,"Life is like a big cookie recipe."
And as Forrest Gump said , "Life is like a big box of chocolates."

I say, "Life is just like a pizza."

When you are born, you were nothing. Just like the pizza's base. Ugly and naked. Although, your parents know that something beautiful is now in the making. Just like those pizza guys. Your parents teach you how to talk, how to walk, how to run, how to laugh and everything. Just in the same manner, the pizza guys, puts on the cheese and all the ketchups and makes the pizza ready.

Then our parents add manners to us to enhance our beauty and present us to the world. Just like the pizza guys, who add those toppings and then finally present the pizza to you.

Some people like it as it is presented. Like your relatives and your initial friends. And they are very few in numbers. Like very very few, and rare to find. Just like the people who like Pizza without any oregano and chilli flakes.

They are a rare breed.

And then you start meeting up with more and more people. And you try to adjust according to them. Hiding your originality with some made up emotions, characteristics as you slowly start to lose yourself. And why you do it? Because you want them to like you.
Maybe your high school friends or your college mates.

Just like how some of us put oregano and chilly flakes to suit our taste.
And the pizza starts looking like this.. Completely covered.

And then you met those ketchup bastards. Who alter you so much that you are no longer yourself. You lose your true self and be as they want you to be. Why? Because you want them to like you.

But you have to do it. Because you have to survive, you have to live with them.

As the time passes, you are slowly consumed by this society. And what's all left of you is this.

Does it look tempting? To some of you it might, and to some it might not. That's exactly how one's life is. You spend your entire life, living according to others, just to please them. Sometimes you even lose yourself completely, trying to be nice to them. And at the end, when you are about to go, only some of those actually want to be with you. Others, who have got enough of you, just want you to end as soon as possible.

Yes you are a pizza. But the question is what sort of last slice will you be? Will you be the one who everyone will just sit and stare, wishing that you could have stayed just a little longer? Or would you be the one, who has given so much of yourself to the others, that they are just over loaded with you and want you to end as soon as possible? The decision is yours.

The One Hour Rule to follow your dreams

The One Hour Rule to follow your dreams!
Okay! To be clear, there is no One Hour Rule. I am just putting up my idea and calling it the One Hour Rule.

Almost every one of us, in our college times, had a passion to do something beyond the academics. It might be playing guitar, singing, dancing, painting, designing, writing etc. And we all had a thought at some point of time that what if I could build a career in it? But that was too damn hard and not to forget, too damn risky. We wanted to get a job, probably in a field related to our academics, get a decent salary and get settled as soon as possible.

And unfortunately, most of us did the same.

We tried to get placed anyhow, whether on-campus or off-campus. And at that point of time, being brutally honest, all we were looking for was a job with a decent salary and something that relate to our academic background.

Did we ever try to make a career out of our passion? Well, a minority of us did. And we are proud of them? But what about the others? What about those of us who are stuck in a 9-6 job? Are we done with the things that we loved to do most? Well, my one hour rule says, “You are never done with your passion.”

Here is my one hour rule. Let me tell you, it is effective.

Take one hour out of your daily routine. Just 1 hour. And do the thing. Suppose you want to dance. Use that extra hour to watch some dance tutorials on YouTube and practice them. Initially, you will love it. Why? Because you are doing something you love and it is freeing you from all your worries.
Yes, just one hour, make it two shifts of half hours, but do it. Cut yourself out from the surroundings and just dance like never before. You will love it, I can bet on that.

In a couple of weeks, you will realize that your skills have improved dramatically. Next what can you? Maybe you can use the internet to show case your dancing skills? Or maybe try to open an online dance class? Similarly if you like writing, you can open up a blog and give it a shot. We live in a world of Internet lads, use it wisely.

Another question, how to get an extra hour? Do you wake up early? No? Then do it. Wake up early, get ready, have your breakfast and then follow your passion. Maybe half hour before your job, and half hour after returning.

Just never kill that passion inside you.

I tried to cross your path..

It was the first time,
When you got me stunned...
I tried to cross your path
Wishing for your hairs to get tangled up in my shirt..

You have never looked so beautiful,
Was it your hairs, or have you done something to your eyes?
I tried to cross your path,
And ask could you be mine?

Yes, it was love at first sight I believe.
Your essence was pulling me to you,
I really tried to cross your path,
And grab your waist just to hug you tight..

But the sight I saw was not what I wished.
Someone was giving you a puck on your cheeks..
I tried to cross your path that day..
But you already had someone with his arms around your waist..

The Kiss - The Final Part

With your head on my shoulders,
I gently move my fingers through your hairs..
"Stop it na, Baby just let me sleep..
Its so peaceful in your arms," I hear you whisper,

I hold you tighter,
With my hands on your hips..
Lips moving from the back of your neck,
Slowly kissing up your shoulders..

I hear a slight moan,
As you ask me to stare in your eyes..
Its not lust dear, its just love..
You can see it in my eyes...

And then our breaths synchronize,
Like two hearts awaiting to combine,
Steadily we merge into each other and
Our morning will mark a beginning to a new chapter

The Kiss- Part 2

Your lips kissed my soul,
Oh my dear, could I want you more?
My fingers now playing with your hairs,
I just wanna be in your arms all night..

Your lower lips locked,
With the upper lips of mine.
Tension increases,
As we close our eyes..

You pull me even more close,
As our bodies start to rub..
Your hands rolling all over my back,
As your lips go all over my face..

Baby stop, I wanna look in your eyes..
That's the sight that makes me smile..
Could I just rest my head on that chest of yours?
Would you promise to caress my hairs,
And sing me a lullaby?
I won't let you go all naughty on me as I sleep..
